My name is Jeff Johnson and I’m actively looking to acquire a small manufacturing business in the Twin Cities metro area at an EBITDA ranging from $500K - $750K. I intend to serve as the owner/operator and will strive to continue the legacy of the previous owner to build upon their success. I’m a Minnesota native (Eden Prairie) and committed to the Twin Cities business community.

• Mechanical engineering degree and MBA; solid background in highly engineered technical sales and manufacturing environments.

• 12-year U.S. Air Force veteran serving as a munitions test engineer, structural engineer for the F-16 Fighting Falcon, and mobility pilot (C-21 Learjet and C-5 Galaxy) supporting world-wide Dept of Defense operations.

• Extensive experience as a senior sales leader at Fortune 500 companies and mid-market organizations spanning aerospace & defense, healthcare, and consulting services. Notable skill sets include Strategic Planning, Sales Execution, and Team Leadership/Development.

• Experienced owner/manager of residential rental properties in the Minneapolis-St Paul market; JJ Holding Corp, LLC.
